Book your accommodation at the Sheraton Brussels Airport and bring more comfort to your congress experience. The BHRM has negotiated a special rate of: Single room €225 per night - Double room €245 per night..

The congress registration fee includes access to the scientific sessions, lunches and coffee breaks. Payment by bank transfer is recommended.

Confirmation of registration will be sent to participants prior to the congress. Please bring your confirmation letter on-site and present it at the welcome desk to receive your badge.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

75% of registration fee may be refunded upon written cancellation to BHRM Organising Secretariat before 8th September 2023.

Payment is non-refundable thereafter.

Attendance is at no extra cost, but pre-registration is required.
