ACCESS
By train - The airport train station is located on level -1 of the airport terminal. Up to 4 trains per hour connect the airport with Brussels North, Brussels Central and Brussels South (Midi) stations (journey time approx. 20 minutes). Info: www.b-rail.be
By car - On the Brussels ring-road, follow the signs for “Zaventem - Airport”. Once you arrive at the airport, follow the signs for “Parking” and then “Sheraton”.
PARKING
Car parks are available near the airport terminal. You can choose between Front Park 1, 2 or 3. They are open 24h/24h. All payment machines in the car parks accept cash or credit cards (Visa, Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club).

ACCOMMODATION
Special rates are negotiated at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel for the nights of 13th and 14th November 2024: Single room 225€ - Double room 245€ (price per night including buffet breakfast).
To benefit from these rates, reservation must be made with the BHRM Organising Secretariat before 16th September 2024. After this date, the hotel no longer guarantees the availability of rooms at the BHRM special negotiated rate.
Hotel reservations will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Prepayment is required upon reservation.
In case of early arrival before 15:00, the room must be reserved the previous night to ensure availability upon arrival. The official check-out time is 12:00. In case of late departure, 50% of the room rate will be charged.
Cancellations are accepted up to fifteen days before the scheduled arrival time. If cancellation is made after payment of the room, a cancellation fee of 10% of the amount paid will be charged.
Cancellation must be communicated in writing to the BHRM Organising Secretariat. If not received, the hotel is entitled to charge the room for the entire length of stay. There will be no refund for no-shows.
Registration & Information
REGISTRATION FEE
The congress registration fee includes access to the scientific sessions, lunches, and coffee breaks. Moreover, it is included in the registraiton fee an access to an evening symposium that will take place on November 14th and that includes dinner for the attendees.
Payment by credit card or bank transfer is recommended.
Confirmation of registration will be sent to participants prior to the congress. Please bring your confirmation letter on-site and present it at the welcome desk to receive your badge.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
75% of registration fee may be refunded upon written cancellation to BHRM Organising Secretariat before 16th September 2024. Payment is non-refundable thereafter.
BEHRA GRANTS FOR YOUNG CARDIOLOGISTS
The BeHRA grant is a scolarship issued by the BeHRA association that allows young cardiologists to attend the BHRM congress 2024 at no cost.
The conditions to be eligible are:
- be a cardiologist
- be under 40 years old
The congress registration fee includes access to the scientific sessions, evening symposium lunches, and coffee breaks.
Once the maximum of BeHRA grants have been reached, young participants will have to pay the regular ticket fee.
ECG COURSE FOR YOUNG CARDIOLOGISTS
ECG Sessions for Young Cardiologists will take place on Friday 15th November in the afternoon, in parallel with the congress sessions. Attendance is at no extra cost, but pre-registration is required.
WELCOME AND REGISTRATION
The welcome desk will be open from 7.45 a.m. on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th November 2024.
LANGUAGE
Plenary sessions will be in English. ECG Courses for young cardiologists will be in French and Dutch.
